History

Black-stripes.net. I chose this name simply because I liked it. It's simple, easy to remember and I just.. like it. I've had it since 2006, so it's been a while. Most of 2007 was basically a dry spell, but I brought it back to life around September 2008. A lot of improvement had to be done, and still have. After all, I wasn't exactly a magician with design back in the days.

I've had a few sites before here and there, on Moneycentral and Freewebs amongst them, though this is my very first domain. I made it just months after I discovered coding. I didn't know much about sites providing tutorials then, so I can thank Lisa for learning enough even though I was such a n00b. And not to forget the ones who answered all my questions, Guro, Benedicte, Mariia, Anneli and Niina.

This site was originally Norwegian, but as websites aren't really a big thing here, I changed the language to English. It won't surprise me if you find a typo here and there, as English is only my second language.
