I provide hosting!. The hostess will get a site with the address www.desiredname.black-stripes.net, with any name you want. I have a few rules;

- You must have good HTML/PHP/CSS skills.
- You must know how to use FTP.
- You must be good with graphics.
- You have to have decent example on the above.
- You must update at least 3-5 times a month.
- You must put up my link in your sidebar.
- I accept blog, conent and design sites.
- You must regularly comment my blog. I want to stay in touch.
