Into this:
1. Duplicate the layer layer, Ctrl + J and then desturate the layer by choosing Image > Adjustments >Desturate, or Shift + Ctrl + U. Set the layerstyle to Soft Light 100 %
2. Make a new layer Ctrl + Shift + N and fill it with the color #C7FF05, and set it to Multiply 26 %
3. Make a new layer, fill with #05B0FF, set to Soft Light 46 %
4. Duplicate the base layer, pull it up front. Set to Soft Light 100 %.
5. Make a new layer, fill with #836AAF, set to Lighten 44 %
6. Duplicate the original pic again, and pull it up front. Set to Lighten 60 %.
