To this;
1. Duplicate the base, Ctrl + J, go to Adjustments > Hue/Saturation, and set Saturation to +50. Set the layer to Screen, 80 %.
2. Make a new layer, fill it with yellow, #fffc00, and set the layer to Soft Light.
3. Go to Layer > New Adjustments Layer > Selective Color and match your settings to mine.
Reds; -100, 0, 100, 100
Yellows; -23, 0, +20, 0
Magentas; -100, -100, -100, 0
Neutrals; 67, -19, -80, 13
4. Click OK, then make another selective color layer, with these settings:
Reds; -100, 100, 100, 100
Yellows; 0, 0, -64, 0
Neutrals; 0, 0, 0, 15
Blacks; 0, 0, 0, 20
4. Go to Layer > New Adjustments Layer > Brightness/Contrast, and choose these settings:
Brightness; -4
Contrast; 9
And that's it!
