To this;
1. Duplicate the base set it to Hardlight.
2. Make a new layer which you fill with #71b9b7, set it to Soft Light.
3. Make a new layer, and choose a brush with size 300px and the color #ea33d7. Brush like this and set it to Light.
4. Make a new layer, fill it with #e8e770, and set it to Color Burn at 22%.
And you're done!
