Starburst can be a cool backround effect on graphics, and it's fairly easy to do. Like this;
1. Open a new document with any size. Choose a backround color an fill the document, and then choose a new color which will be the color of the sunbursts.
2. Choose Custom Shape Tool. On the top bar, choose Shapes, and in the arrow meny, choose Load shapes > All. In the selection of shapes that appear, choose this one:
Drag it out so it goes outside the document lines (see example). Use the move tool to move it where you want it. And then you´re done!
